If you want any time prior to the current booking time would request you to please place a new booking from the applicationYou can easily reschedule the booking from your end by following the mentioned step:

Open UC App >> Bookings >> Select the Booking you want to Reschedule >> Select Reschedule  >> Select Preferred Slot		-As requested the cancellation has been done and Refund of Rs......, which will be deposited into your account within 5 - 7 working days. To do so, please provide the following information:

Bank Name
IFSC Code
If you want the same amount in your UC wallet, we can initiate the same as well and this will be credited the in next 24 to 48 Hrs (Validity of Credits - 365days)
Not :Subscription amount will not be refunded.
