Potential Fraudulent Bank Accounts
We have launched a new process where you will receive an error when you try to initiate a refund in the customer’s bank accounts which is identified as Fraud.
The system detects the fraud if there is one of the two scenarios given below.
1. More than 8 refunds in the same bank account in last 60 days
2. Same bank account related to more than 4 customer profiles
You will receive the following error as shown in the screenshot and in such cases ***NO REFUND*** is to be processed to these customers.

Please use the Canned Response - Thank you for waiting <Customer name>. We are unable to process this refund for you because as per our policy, too many refunds have been given to this bank account in a short period of time. This to ensure we keep our systems fair, safe and secure. Thank you.
Note : Close the case after sending the canned response mentioned above. Highlight these cases immediately to the respective POD Lead.
